We ship to locations within Chennai and nearby Chennai only. Shipping fees may apply, and delivery times may vary depending on location.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return:

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at orders@okowholefoods.com.
